Jonathan was born on December 16, 1985 in Kansas City, Kansas. A true Kansas Boy! He lived his life in the big city for years until the metropolis of Manhattan called him to attend Kansas State University in 2005.
Jonathan has worked as a paraeducator at MHS-W since 2006. For the past 3 summers, and will again in 2008, he has worked as a program counselor at Philmont, the Boy Scout Camp, in Cimarron, New Mexico. He considers himself an adventurous outdoorsman who spends the summers in the sun of the Sangre di Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico.
